Kent Downs and Malling Team
Our Church
We are a church of all ages, with a broadly evangelical tradition.
We share several mid-week and monthly activities across the new Benefice of Kent Downs and Malling Team.
All are welcome to attend.
Our services
We continue with our Sunday Worship, including an all age Holy Communion Service on the first Sunday of each month and an All-Age Family Service held on the third Sunday of each month.
We aim to include children and young people at each service with a short talk or task or activity pack with the goal of worshiping God together and making known the good news about Jesus Christ as he is revealed in the bible which is the heart of our teaching
All-Age Family Holy Communion is now held on the 1st Sunday of each month at
9.30am for about an hour: traditional hymns and some worship songs when possible led by organ or keyboard; biblical teaching and activities to include all the family, prayer and reflection; refreshments are served after the service
All age Family Service is now held on the 3rd Sunday of each month
9.30 am for about 50 minutes: an informal service with biblical teaching
and activities to include all the family; sung worship is led by a small music
group; and refreshments are served after the service.
.
Activities for children
Children are welcome and included at every service with a short talk or task or activity pack to complete.

If you are concerned about something you have experienced in a church, now or in the past, or you are worried about another person - perhaps a vulnerable adult or a child – there are people you can talk to and you will be taken seriously.
You can contact the Diocese of Rochester’s Safeguarding team on 01634 560 000 or visit their Webpage at: www.rochester.anglican.org/safeguarding/
Recognising that this may not feel safe for those with a lived experience of abuse from within the church, a dedicated telephone helpline, operated independently from the church, by the NSPCC, is available. Calls can be made free on 0800 80 20 20
